We are looking for who is ready to make a difference, into an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents and out of the box thinkers. - Marni Group is looking for a Cost Controller to join the Finance team of its Head Quarter in Milan. - The role will provide financial support and strategic direction, playing a key role in deriving insights based on business sense. This includes supporting, challenging, and driving business projections and investment decisions. Towards business partners, you engender financial acumen and budgetary ownership to improve forecast accuracy and build trust by delivering compliant financial statements and managing risk. In parallel, you actively participate in the Group finance projects and workstreams to help shape the finance function of the future. - You will be part of the HQ Finance Team with the following goals and tasks: - Lead/coordinate all financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities related to the Group operational costs - Lead all costs budget monitoring throughout the year and related impact to P&L, BS and CF - Develop tools/dashboards to monitor KPIs and share insights/recommend actions - Provide ad-hoc analysis and findings regarding overall cost and expenses, covering both direct & indirect costs - Identify efficiency savings projects and recommend actions to contain/reduce the overall cost ratio for the Group - Interface with several functions and establish strong collaboration with Finance Team and Senior Management - Liaise and lead predefined processes with the Group Accounting Team in Shared Service Center and with Intercompany parties. - Responsible for enhancing the existing Cost controlling function, in connection with the business needs Qualification/Experience: - A University degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance/Economics with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and controlling, preferably in the Fashion industry - The individual shall work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement improvements in processes and operations independently - Fluent in English and Italian.
