For our company Falck Next, that is aimed at the provision of services aligned with customer requirements whilst also guaranteeing protection of the environment we are looking for a senior professional as Merge & Acquisition Manager to enter our Team.

**Job Description:**:The **Merge & Acquisition Manager is the person responsible **for managing M&A transactions execution, including Due Diligence processes, VDR, and relations with internal teams, external advisors and counterparts. The person who covers this role is proactive, creative and structured in meeting Group objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze investment opportunities and take part in negotiations and asset valuations
- Identify prospects, for mergers and acquisitions and assist in due diligence activities.
- Lead the Company's PV development activities in Italy, working closely with senior management.
- Lead or participate in acquisition, joint development, and other agreement negotiations related to (almost) ready to build projects/pipelines and operating plants with medium voltage size. (from 500kW up to 5MW)
- Assist in creation and maintenance of project reporting and management processes to optimize development spend and risk reduction across project portfolio.
- Support Executive and Finance Teams during investor due diligence process
- Provide regular updates to and Interact with the Executive Team and promptly raise concerns when they become apparent.
- Provide a smooth transition and support to the operations and permitting team as projects progress to ready to build and construction.
- Recommend a portfolio investment strategy for the region for solar projects. Develop project
- and portfolio-level budgets and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years' experience with solar, development required.
- Proven experience in successfully acquire and/or developing and bringing online renewable energy projects in Italy is required.
