At Symbiotic, we are building a permissionless shared security primitive that empowers network builders to shape and personalise their unique restaking implementation. Our goal is to minimise risks while maximising freedom for all you wonderful builders of crypto infrastructure networks. **The Role**:
We’re looking for a full-time Community Manager to take full ownership of our community presence across Discord, X, and wherever our Symbiotic community gathers online (Farcaster, etc). This is a great opportunity for someone with proven CM experience and a strong sense of what it takes to build and nurture a thriving online community. As our first dedicated community hire, you’ll have the chance to shape our community strategy from the ground up, bring our culture to life across platforms, and make a meaningful impact on how we engage with the broader ecosystem.

**What you’ll do**:

- Fully run our community operations
- Be the bridge between our team and the wider ecosystem
- Cultivate a healthy, vibrant, and distinctly _us_ community
- Organise community initiatives, events, and online activations
- Manage and grow our Discord
- Collaborate with internal teams to surface what we’re building
- Keep a pulse on the space and bring a cultural edge to how we show up

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience in similar roles
- Deep familiarity with crypto-native communities (bonus if you’re already active in them)
- Strong instincts around tone, voice, and platform culture, especially Twitter/X
- Experience managing or growing a technical community (ZK, DeFi, L2s, etc.)
- GMT timezone preferred
