Se respiri creatività, ami i social e sai unire storytelling e strategia, sei la persona giusta. **Cosa farai con noi** - Creare piani editoriali e format originali per clienti B2C e B2B - Realizzare contenuti di valore (copy, grafiche, reel, storie, video, adv) - Editare video per social, VSL e campagne adv - Analizzare mercato e competitor per anticipare trend e opportunità - Monitorare KPI e ottimizzare costantemente le performance - Gestire i canali social aziendali e dei clienti - Collaborare fianco a fianco con il team marketing e sales - Partecipare attivamente a registrazioni di podcast e contenuti video **Cosa cerchiamo in te** - Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo (meglio se in agenzia) - Padronanza di Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok - Competenze di marketing e copywriting - Creatività, proattività e orientamento ai risultati - Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire progetti in autonomia - Conoscenza di Adobe, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT - Esperienza con tool organizzativi (Asana, ClickUp, Trello) e Meta Business Suite - Disponibilità: almeno 30 ore settimanali **Cosa ti offriamo** - Compenso fisso mensile - Postazione dedicata nel cuore di Milano - Modalità ibrida (50% presenza - 50% remoto) - Orari flessibili - Opportunità di lavorare su progetti di settori e nicchie diverse - Formazione continua e crescita professionale reale - Un team giovane, dinamico e in forte espansione Se vuoi un contesto dove la tua creatività fa la differenza, la tua voce viene ascoltata e il tuo talento può crescere velocemente, questa è la tua occasione.
