You will actively contribute to shape and implement related processes in Italy, ensuring coordination with the local logistic team, other Project Management Office (PMO) functions and the project team, including global Business Units and possibly external Prefabrication Units (PFU).
You will be part of a very innovative team and you will work on the launch of Prefabrication Services as cutting, kitting and pre-assembly.

**What does the role involve?**:
As a Prefab Coordinator you will:
Ensure proper logistic execution of prefabrication service opportunities in collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams and possibly external Prefabrication Unit providers, from planning/forecasting to delivery of goods, support on the jobsite, risk management
Understand project specific contractual logistics obligations on prefabrication services and propose risk mitigation actions
Continuous improvement and process updates on prefabrication services
Preparation of prefabrication orders in collaboration with other teams
Analyze project specific contractual logistics obligations on prefabrication services and propose risk mitigation actions in collaboration with the Project Execution Manager
PFU coordination: Forecasting and capacity planning in collaboration with the external provider
Responsible for the Prefab Order Execution:
You will also need to manage contract with the external supplier for PFU and coordinate with the Legal Department and Global HQ (when needed); develop new suppliers if needed.

**What you need is**:

- Degree in Economics, Supply Chain or Engineering is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics
- Fluent in English and Italian, other languages will be considered as a plus
- Advanced Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc...)
- Project Management & Supply Chain know how
- Basic understanding of contract management
- Ability to produce quantitative reports and interpret data
- Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environment
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Teamwork capability
