- As B2B Marketing Specialist Italy, you will drive brand positioning, lead generation and sales growth through marketing activities in support of the CHEP ITALY business objectives, working in line with the Southern Europe Marketing Strategy
- Responsible for executing Strategic Marketing efforts in Italy to support growth, sales force enablement, and brand awareness.
- Main Accountabilities
- Support the development and implementation of a marketing plan and initiatives to position CHEP as an industry leader in Italy.
- Create and execute Lead generation campaigns to support sales in winning new business
- Create social media plan and manage CHEPs presence on key social channels
- Create and manage company website content for CHEP Italy
- Track campaign performance
- Execute country-specific marketing & PR/Media activities & content creation in support of the Country Leadership Team and Strategy.
- Provide suitable and appropriate marketing and sales materials to the Commercial Teams
- Support customer communications, loyalty & advocacy activities for developing and implementing appropriate action plans to improve Customer Loyalty based on the analysis of results.
- Administration of budget & supplier coordination.

- Support lead generation and management across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Execute the ongoing management of brand and reputation.
- What we look for
- Bachelor Degree, Business Administration or Marketing
- 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing role
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Experience of planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns, strategies and programmes to meet revenue and lead generation targets, create impactful market positioning, and enable the sales and commercial teams
- Experience of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, excel, word etc)
- Skills and knowledge
- Excellent Interpersonal skills / savvy and culture awareness
- Customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills
- With a proactive and innovative approach
- Savvy in digital marketing channels and tools
- Excellent ability to create clear and purposeful written content for multiple formats and audiences.
- Good analytical skills
- Experience of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, excel, word etc)
- Infrequent travel required
- Languages
- Italian and English fluency
- Preferred Education
Degree and equivalent - Business Administration/Management
- Preferred Level of Work Experience
3 - 5 years
