In tale contesto Unox, certificata Great Place To Work per il quinto anno di fila, sta cercando una persona da inserire nel Team Operations ed in particolare come GESTIONE MATERIALI/PIANIFICAZIONE DELLA PRODUZIONE.

RESPONSABILITA'
- Controllare e gestire eventuali ritardi delle commesse o ordini urgenti;
- Schedulare eventuali commesse di prototipi e pre-serie di nuovi articoli;
- Controllare la disponibilità dei materiali, emettendo eventuali ordini di acquisto;
- Formulare il budget annuale di acquisto in coerenza con quanto definito dai responsabili;
- Monitorare l’intero flusso dei materiali: pianificazione, programmazione e controllo della produzione, gestione dei magazzini, movimentazione interna dei materiali e distribuzione;
- Garantire l’approvvigionamento dei materiali diretti di produzione.;
- Stilare i contratti con i fornitori non Intercompany;
- Gestione delle scorte e dei relativi costi di mantenimento;
- Creare nuove anagrafiche materiale;
- contattare i fornitori per avere indicazioni su parametri logistici (lotti, lead time, contenitori, prezzi, );
- inserire queste informazioni sul sistema gestionale SAP;
- definire la modalità di gestione e settare le modalità per il riordino dei materiali;
- verificare l’arrivo dei componenti ed eseguire le attività fisiche di ubicazione dei materiali per le prime forniture;
PREREQUISITI:

- laurea in ing gestionale / meccanica / o similari con spiccata propensione per la gestione dei materiali o perito meccanico;
- Max 4 anni di esperienza nel settore;
- conoscenza di base di distinte basi, anagrafiche componenti e approvvigionamento;
- precisione;
- propensione all’esecuzione di task anche ripetitivi con precisione e puntualità;
- resistenza allo stress;
- positività nell’atteggiamento verso cose nuove;
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
