**Building Energy Manager**
La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita nell'Area Operations & Energy Management e avrà il compito di gestire la fornitura di servizi energetici (utilizzando sistemi BMS/BEMS) per cliente operante nel settore terziario e industriale al fine di supervisionare, analizzare ed elaborare i dati dall'edificio per garantire i livelli di servizio e gestire interventi di efficientamento energetico.
Avrà quindi le seguenti mansioni:
- Supervisionare e gestire i consumi energetici degli edifici attraverso Building Energy Management System (BEMS);
- Analizzare dati da sistemi energetici complessi che includono diverse fonti di energia primaria (elettricità, gas) e diverse tecnologie impiantistiche (cogeneratori, impianti fotovoltaici, batterie di accumulo elettrico, colonnine di ricarica di veicoli elettrici, impianti HVAC, etc.);
- Individuare, analizzare e gestire interventi di efficientamento energetico;
- Gestire la relazione con il cliente e tutti gli stakeholders coinvolti nelle attività;
- Redigere diagnosi energetiche in ambito industriale e terziario ai sensi del D.lgs 102/2014 e s.m.i.;
- Gestire contratti di Energy Management;
- Svolgere attività propedeutiche all’ottenimento e/o al mantenimento della certificazione ISO 50001:2018;
- Attività di consulenza in ambito energetico.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo di BMS/BEMS o affini;
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti di efficientamento energetico e nella rendicontazione di risparmi;
- Esperienza nell'analisi dei dati degli edifici, come il rilevamento e la diagnostica dei guasti;
- Costituirà elemento preferenziale l’esperienza in ambito Qualità, Energy Management o interpretazione di Big data da strumenti di monitoraggio, così come l’ottenimento della qualifica EGE (Esperto Gestione Energia).
Completano il profilo capacità di lavorare in autonomia, ottime capacità relazionali, problem solving, visione d’insieme, orientamento al risultato e agli obiettivi, flessibilità.
