As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of industrial machinery projects — from order receipt to handover to the After Sales team. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and technical specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess the technical feasibility of projects and validate the accuracy of the Sales Contract
- Coordinate and allocate internal resources effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of machinery and manage project timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with:

- Production Manager
- Local Project Managers
- Service Team for seamless project handover
- Global Pre/Post Installation Support Teams
- Sales Team

**Main Activities**
- Define project scope, objectives, tasks, and resource requirements
- Assemble installation teams based on skill mapping
- Monitor installation performance and scheduling efficiency
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Force (e.g., shipping dates, customer acceptance, revenue recognition)

**Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Installation efficiency
- On-time delivery
- On-time customer acceptance

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong background in process analysis and cross-functional project management
- Excellent soft skills: interpersonal communication, flexibility, open-mindedness, problem-solving, teamwork, and conflict resolution
- Proven experience in:

- Project Management
- Operations in industrial environments
- Team leadership and coordination
- Full availability to travel globally (up to 40% of the time)

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: a partire da €40.000,00 all'anno
