- Designers, Human Factor experts_, and _engineers _work side by side to achieve the most suitable interaction with a technological solution - either visual, physical, vocal, or gestural.

In doing that, we can count on consolidated expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as on SW, FW, and HW development for HMI.

**Posizione**:

We are seeking a talented UX HMI Designer to collaborate with our team in shaping the human-machine interface of future vehicles, placing user needs and preferences at the forefront of our solutions. If you have a passion for innovation and want to contribute to redefining the driving experience, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors in using HMI systems within the vehicle, including infotainment, dashboard, display, and steering wheel controls.
- User-Centered Design: Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to translate research findings into innovative and intuitive design solutions, considering usability best practices and user needs.
- Prototyping and Testing: Create user interface prototypes using design and prototyping tools. Conduct usability and user experience tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions and gather feedback for future iterations.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, UX/UI designers, design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between user needs, product specifications, and technical capabilities.
- Continuous Optimization: Monitor user interface usage and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Contribute to the continuous evolution of HMI design through data-driven iterations and user feedback.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, or related field.
- Previous experience in UX/UI research, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Proficiency in using design and prototyping software tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and trends in the automotive industry.
