Per la nostra sede di Agrate Brianza, stiamo cercando un Order Management Specialist che gestisca gli ordini in ingresso in modo da soddisfare le richieste dei nostri clienti e la loro corretta gestione.

La posizione è per tempo detarminato, estendibile.

Principali Attività
- Elaborazione dell’ordine
- Gestione delle comunicazioni relative alle informazioni di spedizione (dettagli di consegna, ecc.)
- Gestione delle righe d’ordine in sospeso (monitoraggio degli ordini)
- Archiviazione degli ordini
- Stretto coordinamento con i dipartimenti di spedizione, pianificazione approvvigionamenti e customer service
- Manutenzione dei dati e tracciamento attività a gestionale
- Elaborazione dei resi
- Gestione di eventuali resi o discrepanze di fatturazione
- Elaborazione delle richieste di assistenza
- Comunicazione delle date di consegna
- Spedizione e fatturazione dei servizi noleggio attrezzature

Competenze richieste
- Formazione professionale commerciale, idealmente con esperienza professionale in una posizione simile
- Buona conoscenza delle applicazioni MS Office. Titolo preferenziale conoscenza del sistema ERP Oracle e di Salesforce.
- Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello intermediate
- Capacità di lavoro in team
- Personalità aperta e decisa abbinata a metodi di lavoro indipendenti
