This position is ideal for a fast, detail-oriented professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and a network of providers. As an FF&E Specialist, you will: Collaborate with the Creative Direction to interpret and bring their vision to life through meticulously curated FF&E selections. Handle all aspects of procurement, from budget management and quoting to creating organized purchasing forms and supplier coordination. Be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and style. Key Responsibilities Concept Development & Selection: - Collaborate with the Creative Direction to interpret the concept and select FF&E elements that align with the hotel project’s atmosphere and aesthetic. Research and source unique and high-quality pieces, ensuring they enhance the overall design narrative. Vendor & Provider Relations: - Utilize your established network of providers to secure premium furniture, fixtures, and equipment for luxury hospitality projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and access to exclusive products. Budget Management & Procurement: - Manage project budgets effectively, including preparing and analyzing quotes, tracking costs, and ensuring financial targets are met. - Create clear, comprehensive purchasing documents to streamline procurement processes. Project Coordination & Execution: - Oversee the FF&E implementation process, from initial selection to installation, ensuring all elements meet project timelines and specifications. - Organization & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all FF&E selections, budgets, quotes, and supplier communications. **Qualifications**: - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in FF&E roles, with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel projects. - Creative Interpretation: Ability to interpret and execute the Creative Direction’s vision with precision and flair. - Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to handle challenges quickly and effectively without compromising quality. - Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing budgets, quotes, and procurement processes seamlessly. - Network of Providers: Established relationships with suppliers specializing in luxury hospitality FF&E. - Languages: Fluent in English.
