As an Innovation Consultant, you will have the chance to see first-hand Innovation management, Business Design, Corporate Entrepreneurship & Strategy, and Emerging technology adoption and get your feet wet working with clients belonging to different industries.
Your duties and responsibilities:
Working alongside senior colleagues and project managers on corporate venture building initiatives and programs we deliver for Corporate Clients.
- Validating new value propositions and business models
- Designing growth hacking / go-to-market strategies for new ventures
- Build business plans and financial analysis
- Modeling new venture funding needs and growth capital returns
- Working in a context where new Corporates embarque in new venturing for the first time
- Italian Language required
Education & Experience:
- 2/3 years' experience as a consultant in the field of innovation or technology strategy
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English - nice to have: second language
- Excellent knowledge of Excel - nice to have: Power BI, SPSS, Tableau
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to structure effective presentations
Understanding of and personal interest in the digital environment and how digital technologies can be applied to process, product and business model innovation
Desired soft skills:

- Self-motivation, organization, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent ability to speak in public and manage interactions with other stakeholders (team members, clients )
