**Position**:
The resource will be part of the Personalization Department, working directly with the Maitre Tailleur. He/she will provide support during all phases of Bespoke and MTM garment orders, interacting directly both with final customers and internal stakeholders (e.g. Product team, Customer Service team, etc.). He/she will participate in dedicated in-store events and the resource will be responsible of the following activities:

- Support during the measuring of VIC: taking care of both the first and final basted fittings;
- Provide an excellent client experience demonstrating knowledge about MTM, Bespoke and RTW products in accordance with LP standards;
- Deliver outstanding customer service maintaining high standards;
- Support the creation of blocks by the use of CAD or by hand directly on fabric for bespoke garments;
- Management of pattern and fit alterations for the final presentation to the VIC.

**Profile**:

- At least 2/3 years of previous experience in the role and in the sector;
- IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, CREA/PGS CAD;
- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus);
- Availability for frequent business travels (Italy and abroad).
