As a **Front House Manager** you will be the main lead in creating a positive stay for our guests overseeing the Front Office team and providing a high level of service for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the activity of the department to create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Mentoring and motivating the team in order to reach their full potential.
- Ensuring a good relationship is maintained between Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and R&B
- Being the key point of contact for our guests, efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing information and assistance.
- Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
- Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.

- Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
