** Your role**

We are looking for young talented Talent Acquisition Intern, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Operations Sites in Agordo (BL).

You will put your hands on different challenges working within a dynamic, markedly young and international environment, and you will have the opportunity to face a stimulating and constantly evolving business strongly focused on innovation and technology.

It is an unmissable opportunity to give your contribution to important transformation projects within EssilorLuxottica's HR Team.

** Main responsabilities**
- Job posting and CV Screening
Support in deploy documentation
- Participating to Universities and Business Schools career days and events.
- Managing HR tools and platforms

** Main requirements**:

- Master’s degree (achieved or in progress) in (Psychology, Training, Law) or Economics
- Strong problem-solving mindset, always focused on solutions rather than obstacles.
- Passion for challenges and a high sense of responsibility in tackling tasks.
- Strong skills in quantitative analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Passionate about HR word
- Team-oriented mindset, believing that success is only possible through collaboration.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
