As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will support the Quality team in their daily work.

In this role, in particular, you will assist the team in the below activities:

- Management of SAP transactions which require Quality Checks and subsequent product release
- Management of Training assignments in the company LMS (Learning Management System)
- Support in Quality Controlled documents (SOPs and Working Instructions) management in the company Documentation Repository
- Support in Approved Suppliers Monitoring

All the above tasks will be performed supporting the Head of Quality Assurance and the wider team. You will receive guidance and training, gaining a gradual level of independence throughout the internship period.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology)
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) and ability to learn new systems quickly. SAP knowledge/exposure would be an additional “plus”
- Positive and energetic attitude, being ready for new challenges and eager to learn, team working
- Self-organization, precision and attention to details
