**Your Mission at GetHenry**:
Are you a Sales professional looking to advance your career in Operations in a managerial role? Are you passionate about e-mobility and sustainability?
We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial B2B Manager who will drive Gethenry's growth by winning small B2B customers in Italy and manage related 360° operations. If you're in for a challenge, we want to hear from you
This role can be based in our offices in Milan or in the following cities: Turin and Rome.
**Your main tasks will include**:
- Generating leads - cold calling and visits to potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services;
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and promotions;
- Coordinating sales efforts together with marketing programs at country level;
- General sales activities: preparing sales contracts for orders; maintaining client records; handle clients' queries about credit terms, products, prices, and availability;
- Project manage all the operations of the e-bikes assigned to your clients and coordinating all stakeholders involved (including mechanics);
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
**Your skills and qualifications**:
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and supplier
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good presentation skills
- Collaborative and hands-on attitude
- At least 1 year experience in sales (cold calling), including sales negotiation
- Previous experience in operations is a plus, preferably in the mobility sector.
- Fluent Italian and very good English language skills
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
