_**E-Learning Product Design & Development Assistant**_

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

The eLearning Product Design & Development Assistant is accountable for supporting the development and maintenance of licensed training materials. This role ensures that, closely with our product development team, our contents remain interactive, engaging and effective, contributing to the success of our courses. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our dynamic product development team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Digital Content Development:

- ○ Utilize authoring tools (iSpring) to create interactive Learning modules, incorporating voiceovers, role-playing scenarios, quizzes, and other engaging elements.○ Insert sample papers and other relevant materials into our Learning Management System (LMS).○ Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with our quality standards.
- Multimedia Management:

- ○ Update layout, logos, copyright information, and voiceovers in PowerPoint presentations and other learning elements as needed.○ Upload SCORM packages to the iSpring staging environment for testing and deployment.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- ○ Generate reports on feedback data to help the eLearning Product Development Manager make informed decisions.○ Assist in the analysis of learner feedback to continuously improve the learning experience.
- LMS Administration:

- ○ Work within the LMS to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of learning content. ○ Ensure the LMS provides a positive user experience by testing new features and gathering user feedback.
- Collaborating with Key Departments:

- ○ Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling eLearning demos for marketing purposes.○ Collaborate with Service Delivery to maintain and update the user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support users.

- Proficient English Speaker C1/C2
- Strong oral and written communication skills, knowledge of either German, Dutch is required;
- Experience of at least 1-3 years in similar role;
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (iSpring or similar).
- Basic understanding of LMS platforms.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic multimedia editing.
- ACCURACY: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy in tasks and deliverables.
- AUTONOMY: high level of self-motivation and initiative, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities without the need for constant supervision.
- TIME MANAGEMENT: Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- FLEXIBILITY: Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing circumstances or priorities.

RAL: € 25.300 Gross Salary
