**Il ruolo**

Cerchiamo un/una **Training Specialist** per supportare la formazione interna ed esterna su prodotti e attività retail.
La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con i team Marketing e Sales, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare le competenze sul prodotto e migliorare l’esecuzione sul campo.

**Attività principali**
- Erogare training su prodotti Vivo (in aula e online).
- Progettare e aggiornare programmi di formazione.
- **Gestire l’organizzazione e il setup di eventi formativi e workshop.**:

- Misurare l’efficacia dei corsi tramite feedback e test.
- Supportare l’analisi dei KPI di field.
- Collaborare con Marketing e Sales per i lanci prodotto.
- Contribuire ad attività di benchmarking e analisi di mercato.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o simili.
- Almeno **3 anni di esperienza** in formazione o ruoli affini nel settore elettronica di consumo.
- Buone capacità di presentazione e comunicazione.
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel).
- **Inglese livello B2.**:

- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
- Lavoro in presenza presso la sede di Milano.
