**Stiamo cercando un Product Manager che abbia voglia di mettersi in gioco e di affrontare ogni giorno nuove ed entusiasmanti sfide**:
**Cosa farai**:

- Guidare le opportunità di prodotto dalla scoperta alla consegna;
- Difendere il cliente in tutte le fasi della sperimentazione, incorporando le intuizioni della ricerca qualitativa;
- Eseguire benchmark e testare le strategie di crescita del prodotto (compresi prezzi, CRO e referral);
- Stabilire la visione di un prodotto o di un gruppo di prodotti in base al valore che possiamo fornire;
- Sfidare lo status quo e ispirare le persone verso un risultato unitario;
- Definire gli obiettivi e il successo con obiettivi chiaramente misurabili;
- Sviluppare roadmap di prodotto, definire le priorità e creare allineamento tra i team di prodotto, i partner e i team di leadership/esecutivi;
- Definire e analizzare le metriche che informano il successo e lo stato di salute del prodotto.

**Competenze richieste**:

- Esperienza nella costruzione/lezione/sviluppo/lavoro su prodotti di consumo;
- Conoscenza delle strategie di crescita dei prodotti;
- Atteggiamento proattivo, mentalità di crescita e di lavoro e capacità di mantenere uno stile di lavoro strutturato in un ambiente dinamico;
- Spiccate doti comunicative, capacità di spiegare argomenti molto complessi e di confrontarsi con più interlocutori;
- Mentalità orientata ai risultati, con una forte capacità di definire KPI e soddisfare gli OKR aziendali;
- Un giocatore di squadra che ama lavorare con un team eterogeneo, fornire risultati misurabili e che ha il desiderio di imparare sempre;
- Un forte interesse per il Web3 e il settore fintech;
- Inglese fluente.
