- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Internship - Car Fleet Coordinator** to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Supply Chain Strategic Purchasing & Mobility Division.

**Mission**
- Your mission as an intern within the Mobility Division will be to support the organization and management of all activities related to the company’s vehicle fleet, including providing assistance with day-to-day operational needs. #LI-VB1**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide support, through the use of internal IT tools, to organize, book, and manage contracts with long-term rental providers, both in Italy and abroad
- Handle any changes, cancellations, or emergencies related to mobility activities, ensuring internal customer safety and satisfaction
- Monitor and update company databases and related reporting
- Collaborate with major rental companies in compliance with corporate policies

**Education**
- High School Diploma/GED**Qualifications**
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail in completing assigned tasks
- Ability to handle internal client requests with professionalism, courtesy, and promptness
- Fluency in Italian and a good command of English, with a level no lower than B2
