**Job Description**:
AECOM is seeking highly motivated Environmental Permitting Consultant with specific experiences in on a range of sectors, including but not limited to Infrastructures, Energy and Real Estate.
Our EHS and Sustainability Team works on complex projects, pulling the right resources from across the company to support project needs. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that will challenge you technically while giving you the opportunity to growth both professionally and at personal level.
The appointed person will be expected to have a role as an Environmental Permitting Consultant with the following responsibilities:
+ Supporting Client along the permitting process starting from the initial assessment, implementing environmental studies including relationship with authorities until permitting approval.
+ Developing environmental studies (e.g. EIA, ESHIA, VincA study, Landscape Assessment);
+ Builds and Reviews project deliverables including writing technical reports;
+ Build sustainable relationships in order to meet our business development goals.
+ Ensure effective communication with the project team and clients.
+ Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.
+ Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
**Qualifications**:
+ 3/5 years of related experience
+ Interesting in growth in this role
+ Reasonable flexibility and willingness to travel nationally to conduct site visits
+ Open and honest
+ A background in Industry is advantageous, as an experience in the Consulting sector
+ Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving abilities
+ Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
+ Strong personal initiative, agility and resourcefulness
+ Fluency in English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Master’s degree in chemical/Process Engineering/Environmental Engineer/Environmental Sciences
