Specifically, when you join the **Customer and Operations** team in **Rome**, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout their **digital transformation process**. You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

- Governance of the business process mapping and re-engineering project
- Organisational analysis and design
- Project and change management
- Target operating model design

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

- A master’s degree in **Economics,** **Management Engineering, Energy Engineering**:

- **Organizational and teamwork skills** with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
- Excellent knowledge of the **MS Office** package
- An excellent knowledge of **English**, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
