We are looking for a “Finance Associate Specialist” to join Organon Finance Dpt in Italy.

This person will provide financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business.

Main duties will be:

- Assisting Accounting and Tax Lead with GL Account reconciliations and tax returns
- Analyzing spending and other financial data and making recommendations
- Support OtC Lead in order to check credit notes and perform “Credit Control”
- Conducting cost analyses, benchmarking, and risk assessments
- Preparing Financial Reports on Sales and Expenses

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or relevant degree in Finance
- Strong knowledge of MS Office incl. Excel
- Able to adapt the approach in a continuously changing environment
- Demonstrates a desire to learn and improve
- Teamplayer that has a passion for working with different teams and cultures
