We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will foster a strong culture of continuous improvement and managing quality processes across our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Champion a spirit of continuous improvement across the organization, contributing to our strategic plan.
- Monitor the quality system, conducting audits of internal processes and functional areas to propose improvements.
- Define suitable organizational solutions and adapt/develop internal procedures.
- Manage the process of collection, analysis, and treatment of non-conformities.
- Oversee preventive/corrective actions.
- Support the QSE manager in resolving customer complaints.
- Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits to foster continuous improvement.
- Define quality toolboxes applicable for different processes.
- Collaborate closely with the safety team to assist in the certification process.
- Work with the production quality control to define standards and methods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to involve people.
- At least 10 years of experience in the industrial field in quality & continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 450005, etc.).
- Proven audit management skills.
- Proficiency in quality control activities (knowledge of tools, standards, industrial design).
- Good level of English
