Per la nostra struttura interna, siamo alla ricerca di due **Division Manager** per le divisioni **Finance & Accounting **e **Technical & Engineering**.

La risorsa, riportando al Branch Manager, sarà inserita in un contesto dove l’approccio consulenziale alla ricerca e selezione unitamente alla specializzazione per famiglie professionali e settori industriali, rappresenta il focus dell’organizzazione.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Strutturazione, formazione e sviluppo di un team specializzato all’interno della specializzazione Finance/Sales
- Gestione autonoma dei progetti maggiormente complessi/ambiziosi di ricerca e selezione di profili sulla fascia di Senior Management
- Creazione di nuove opportunità di business, con un focus sulla specializzazione di riferimento, sia in autonomia sia in sinergia con il Business Developer di Wyser, con le altre Branch presenti sul territorio e con Gi Group Holding Fidelizzazione dei Clienti attraverso la gestione efficace di progetti strategici.

**Requisiti Richiesti**:

- Preferenziale Laurea in discipline Economiche/Umanistiche e/o con specializzazione in HR
- Forte orientamento al Cliente, alla gestione dello sviluppo commerciale e alle relazioni sia interne che esterne
- Leadership ed esperienza nel coordinamento di team di lavoro
- Esperienza nella gestione di budget/forecast/P&L
- Completa padronanza di Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e della lingua inglese
- Spirito d'iniziativa, determinazione e forte propensione al team working.
