COMPANY PROFILE:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Reporting to the EMEA Communication Manager, and in collaboration with the regional team you will be in charge of designing and deploying communication content on multiple channels which includes the eCommerce, social media, and other strategic channels, with a strong end customer focus. As Communication Specialist, you will collaborate across the Region and local marketing departments to understand the communication needs.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Designing and developing a communication strategy for the eCommerce, social media and other strategic channels promoting the Parts Business.
- Defining and managing the creation of contents in collaboration with internal team or external agencies
- Defining in coordination with the Region and the local markets the annual digital and communication Marketing plan.
- Search Engine Optimization planning to improve digital visibility
- Focusing on raising the awareness on the Parts & Service Business in the eCommerce channel
- Assuming timely production of communication materials both internally and via external Agency
- Supporting other regional departments in the definition of communication materials with a strong customer focus.
- Monitoring of the campaigns’ results and defining actions to meet the department’s objectives
- Supporting all the organization of events/meetings.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Communication/Marketing degree
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Preferred: 5 years in eCommerce communication role
- Search Engine Optimization planning to improve digital visibility
- Knowledge of analytic tools (Google Analytics)
- Digital skills (proven experience in social media ADS)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Access)
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
- Be proactive & independent in a dynamic environment
- Customer-centered mindset.
