**What you will be doing...**

**Jet2holidays** is the
- **UK’s 2nd largest Tour Operator**, providing ATOL licensed Package Holidays to destinations in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and to European Leisure Cities with scheduled leisure flights by our award-winning airline
- We have a fantastic opportunity to join our
- **Jet2holidays** Team as a
- **Resort Team Leader **for
- **Summer 22**.
- Reporting into the Destination Manager, the
- **Resort Team Leader** will be responsible for
- **leading**,
- **motivating** and
- **coaching** a team of Resort based Customer Helpers to deliver
- **VIP customer service** at all times.
- You will plan your team’s rosters to ensure they are visiting our customers at their hotels at the optimum times and are on hand to share their great insider knowledge of the resort.
- You will also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our local agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing our
- **Jet2holidays'** values at all times is essential to the success of this role.
- If you love the idea of

- Already living in the destination, or willing to relocate, you’ll know the location inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
- To be successful in this role, you will
- **already be a driver** with your
- **own transport **and have
- **previous Team Leader or supervisory experience**, ideally gained within the Travel Industry.
