As a Quality Control Coordinator you will report to the Plant Manager and be based in Cavallirio. You will manage all the QC activities for the whole plant (Lab, Production, Offices). You will ensure the Production plan is respected and maintains the required quality standards. You will follow the current hygiene project and ensure the EHS rules are respected. You will directly manage the QC lab team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the QC lab team (3pp), assign tasks and objectives to make the process more efficient,
- Manage the industrial hygiene project, coordinating the dedicated work team and liaising with other functions (internal auditor) to organize the planned audits,
- Ensure the proper execution of acceptance tests and the respect of the quality standards of ISO:9001 certification for all the activities,
- Ensure the Production plan meets the company quality requirements,
- Monitor that activities and action plans related to the 5S are fully implemented and respected in the whole plant,
- Participate in the selection of standards, discussing with the R&D lab,
- Help the Production department when needed, especially in case of non-conform products,

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience with production process standards or company quality control activities
- Knowledge of QC lab methods
- Knowledge of EHS rules
- Ability to follow KPIs
- English: intermediate level, B2
