Per importante fondo di investimento internazionale specializzato in investimenti Mid Cap ricerchiamo un **Private Equity Analyst/Associate**.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa sarà coinvolta in tutti gli aspetti di transaction, inclusa l’origination, la due diligence e il modeling. Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

- Studio e analisi di nuovi mercati e nuove realtà aziendali al fine di individuare potenziali investimenti;
- Predisposizione del modello finanziario;
- Redazione della reportistica e della documentazione necessaria;
- Redazione dell’investment memorandum per l’investment committee.

**Requisiti**:
È richiesta un’ottima conoscenza di Excel e dei modelli finanziari.

Necessaria un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
