Sisal, in ottica di ampliare il suo organico, è alla ricerca di un Financial Planning Expert da inserire all’interno della divisione Financial & Legal.
La risorsa, inserita nel team a diretto riporto del Financial Planning Advisor, si occuperà di:
- Supporto e coordinamento nei processi di budget/forecast e piano strategico pluriennale a livello di Gruppo e Legal Entity elaborando i prospetti di Conto Economico (sotto EBITDA), Stato Patrimoniale e Rendiconto Finanziario; definizione e monitoraggio dei principali target di PFN e Cash Flow; elaborazione della relativa reportistica- Supporto nel processo di chiusura mensile- Predisposizione analisi di scostamento e reportistica mensile (consuntivo vs budget/forecast e PY); focus su PFN, cassa ed items sotto EBITDA- Collaborare nella gestione del processo di pianificazione ed analisi relativo all’Impairment Test- Supporto nello sviluppo ed implementazione di progetti di automatizzazione ed integrazione relativi alla pianificazione finanziaria
Competenze tecniche richieste:
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point- Gradita conoscenza di SAP e Oracle (Planning/HFM)- Padronanza nella gestione ed aggiornamento di Database complessi; capacità di analisi e supporto all’implementazione di soluzioni informatiche- Laurea magistrale in discipline Economiche e/o percorsi affini- Esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni in ruoli analoghi in contesti/società strutturati- Inglese fluente- Eccellenti capacità di analisi, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi- Spiccata proattività, flessibilità e capacità di problem solving- Buona capacità di comunicazione e relazione
