**Spanish International Host/ Hostess**:
**Your life on board**:
As a Spanish International Host/ Hostess you will be act as reference point for the Spanish-speaking group to foster communication and let our Guest live their wonder with us.

**Demonstrate your passion**:
You will take care of the translation of all material related to the daily cruise.

You will act as point of reference for the Spanish speaking Guests using your talent in public relations, daily hospitality desks and enjoying our destinations escorting them on shore excursions, getting constant feedback on guest’ satisfaction and support their needs.

You will enable the success of our services through constant promotion to maximize the experience of our Guests and increase revenues on board.

You will announce initiatives, safety topics and schedules via ship’s loudspeakers to support our Guests cruise success.

**Getting Things Right**:
You will use your talent in problem solving and be the link between our Guests and ship’s supervisors in offering prompt solutions to issues that may arise.

**Safety First**:
You will provide your language skills to translate and support in case of medical emergencies, illnesses, or medical disembarkation of our Guest.

You will care of our Guests, when necessary, go with them to the onboard hospital or shore side structures and provide a dedicated service.

You will be proactively active in a work environment that supports a successful safety culture, and you are role model in following safety policy and procedures.

**What makes you unique**:
You have a secondary school in Tourism or Humanities.
You have at least 6 months experience in tourism (i.e., reception, tour guide, guest services).
You have a good command of the English language at C1 level and Spanish language at least at C1 level.
You are at ease with public speaking, and you are a good communicator.
You are enthusiastic, naturally emphatic, and problem-solving oriented.
Sales skills are a plus.
