requisiti fondamentali:

- in possesso di un valido permesso di lavoro (se non cittadino olandese)
- ottima conoscenza dell'architettura software sia per ambiente Windows che MAC
- ottima conoscenza dell'architettura hardware per computer portatili e desktop
- Ampia conoscenza degli ambienti Office e google
- Buona conoscenza di periferiche hardware come stampanti di rete
- Conoscenze di base di infrastruttura di rete e periferiche di rete
- Esperienza solida (dimostrabile) nel supporto di clienti e utenti finali, in particolare con helpdesk tier1 o tier2
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi di videoconferenza basati su tecnologia CISCO
- Disponibilità a lavorare nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi
- Flessibilità dell'orario di lavoro
- Disponibilità per trasferte a breve termine
- Preferibilmente dotato di auto propria
------------------------------------------------------------------------------We are IT company based in Italy who work, support and offer IT service / Resources globally; now we need a On-site IT Support Engineer in Amsterdam, Netherlands for a Full-time position.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external users, and you will help them with any questions they may have. You will advise on day-to-day usage of equipment and systems and deal with user issues.

**Requirements**:

- in possession of valid work permit.
- fluency in & English and in local language ( preferably )
- excellent knowledge in software architecture both for Windows and MAC environments
- excellent knowledge of hardware architecture for laptop and desktop computers
- Wide Knowledge of Office and google environments
- Good knowledge in hardware peripherals like network printer
- Basic knowledge in network infrastructure and network peripherals
- Solid (demonstrable) experience in customer and end user support especially with helpdesk tier1 or tier2
- Good knowledge of videoconferencing systems based on CISCO technology
- Availability to work during the weekends and holidays
- Flexibility of working time
- Availability for short-term transfers
- Preferably equipped with own car
