Accountabilities
- Guarantee the process control on the following activities: Non Conformity process management

Monitoring of Root cause analysis and CAPA

Monitoring of Non Conformity associated loss costs

Reporting/KPIs/Continuous Improvement

Best Practices/Lesson learnt/ Return of Experience (REX)
- Manage day to day activities regarding creation and tracking of NC and CAPA events into SAP with a cross-functional partnership (Engineering, operations, material management, supplier quality and quality assurance.
- Facilitate and manage Corrective Action/Preventive Action brainstorming sessions.
- Coordinate the verification of the effectiveness of measures of CAPA Plans.
- Manage costs related to NCRs.
- Prepare in house reworks, deviations, in process adjustment product, and in-process issues to Quality management for use in manufacturing and engineering continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the process, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Perform quality review of investigations and assure closure of all investigations.
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
- Provide monthly reports to Leadership Management on the planned progress, actions, and achievements for CAPA & NC processes.

Required Skills/ Knowledge
- From 2 up to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of modern Quality Management tools, Process Quality Control methodologies.
- Ability to Problem Solving.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
- Good communications skills.
- Logical mind-set.

Desired Skills/ Knowledge
- Knowledge of specific Railway Standards and Local Regulations.
- Basic understanding of Rolling Stock products\systems.
- Basic understanding of Railway Operations principles.

Education / Qualifications

Technical Degree or Significant past work experience in the field.

Languages

English Reading Skills.
