**Account Executive**
- Selection communication & design_ is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary company and makers of global product brands.
- We are currently seeking for an Account Executive, for our Account Department based in Milan.
- As an Account Executive you will be responsible of managing the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery, reporting to the Account Supervisor.

**Duties and Responsabilities**
- Responsible for the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities, managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing.
- Deal with an international environment managing a global brand
- Serve as liaison to internal departments, to coordinate creative proposals workflow and meet client's brief and expectations.
- Handle multiple projects (including graphic design, adv, print, in-store) at the same time, directing much of the day-to-day work with the agency teams.
- Liaise with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval).
- Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion and next steps
- Undertake administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in communication/packaging /below the line agencies, with a proven consolidated knowledge of the relevant structures and processes of Agencies environment
- Degree in Economics or Communication
- Ability to coordinate both packaging/graphic design and communication projects.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to deal both with local and international client contacts on daily basis, building a strong and positive relationship.
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- High degree of professional attitude: strong focus on accuracy, attention-to-detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
