**Job Description Summary:**:ESG Data Reporting Specialist

**Job Description:**:**Activities**:

- Preparation and management of the Reporting system through specific forms (including Handbook and Policy for data collection)
- Support the Head of ESG Data Reporting in the reporting activity towards main shareholder
- Support the Head of ESG Data Reporting in the relationship with third parties (auditors, external consultants, ESG data providers, etc.)
- Management of the new updates from a regulation standpoint providing and managing the adjustments needed to the Reporting system
- Monitoring the development of different ESG/Sustainability frameworks, e.g. GRI, EU Taxonomy, etc.
- Managing the EU Taxonomy updates and its internal implementation (structuring the process and managing outputs)
- Support actively the drafting of the yearly Non Financial Statement as well as providing support for the drafting of the Sustainability Report
- Support the Head of ESG Data Reporting in the optimization and digitization of the reporting procedures and Reporting System (IT solutions)
- Provide pro-active support in communicating ESG and sustainability-related activities and achievements also through social media throughout the year in collaboration with Sustainability Dept.
- Managing the reporting activities with rating agencies
- Contributing to monitor and report the advancement of the Sustainability Yearly action Plan in collaboration with Sustainability Dept.;

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Technical knowledge of Sustainability Principles, Knowledge of energy sector and ESG Reporting Standards
- Experience in management of third party questionnaires (MSCI, Refinitiv, Gresb, etc.)
- We are looking for a result-oriented person and a team player able to autonomously manage multiple tasks and different situations
- Language knowledge: fluent English
- Strong knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Analytical and precise working methods
- Ability to gather and manage data in an effective way
- Ability to establish good relationships inside and outside the company
