**Junior PMO**:
HSPI S.p.A., a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is seeking a PMO with 2 years of experience in the role, to expand and strengthen the team at its Rome office.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**PMO activities**: Managing project status meetings (SAL) and operational reporting;
Support for Project Management functions;
Assisting in managing projects by coordinating and organizing activities to meet project timelines;
Writing detailed documentation;
Interacting with various stakeholders involved in the project.

**Requirements**:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Project;
Good knowledge of the English language;
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Economics or STEM fields;
2 years of experience in the same role will be considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with client representatives;
Attention to detail in producing deliverables;
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
