What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Sustainability and ESG reporting and in particular in the Institutional Affairs and Communication reporting directly to the Sustainability & ESG reporting manager- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the environmental reporting of Sisal Group, supporting the periodic collection and analysis of environmental data and KPIs, including the international subsidiaries; you will contribute to the development of environmental requirements, guidelines and policies (in line with GRI standards and parent company requirements/CSRD) and you will support the activities of cross-functional working groups and projects in line with Sisal sustainability strategy.
Who you are:
- You have excellent knowledge of excel and management of large database; environmental management system and HSE reporting; software for environmental data collection; GHG protocol;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are proactive, organised, flexible, focus on target, keen to details, pragmatic and with a problem solver attitude;- You know how to work in team also with other functions, propose solutions, meeting deadlines and achieving the targets set.
Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in collecting data for environmental questionnaires (e.g. CDP, ESG rating agencies); environmental due diligence to support procurement; Net Zero Emissions target setting and/or Science Based Target initiative guidance;- Basic knowledge of EU Taxonomy, TCFD recommendations, CSRD, IIRC.
