**Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Shape the Bar offering and strategy in coordination with Direction of Operations and General Manager
- Create new cocktails and Menus in collaboration with the mixology team and the kitchen team
- Promote The Doping Bar through initiatives and social media in collaboration with Managers and Marketing team
- Being responsible for the upkeep of the bar and excellent guest experience.
- Guide and support team on Preparation of the bar and evening service
- Guide and support team
- Lead an Evening Service where everything works: from arrival to farewell.
- Take an active role in the financial health of the department, taking part in forecasting and budgeting.

**Core Competencies**:

- Fluent in English & Italian is a must
- Previous experience in Mixology is a must
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays
- Advanced knowledge of the world of spirits and classic mixing
- Knowledge of homemade preparations is a plus
- 5+ years of hospitality experience is a plus
- Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general
- Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests
- Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine
- Active social media profile with loyal following is a plus
