We’re looking for **a Technical Solutions Supervisor**to join our European operations team** in Italy**.

You'll lead on-site lifting activities, ensure safe and precise execution of strand jack and SPMT operations, and mentor the next generation of lifting talent.

**As a Technical Solutions Supervisor**, you will oversee and coordinate on-site lifting activities. Together with your colleagues you will execute Strand Jack projects in safety, with precision and on time.

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Execute strand jack, SPMT and other technical solution operations on-site according to project plans, timelines, and safety standards
- Oversee all lifting activities and ensure heavy lifting equipment is functioning optimally
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the on-site lifting crew
- Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and logistics teams
- Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting technical issues during operations
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members on equipment use and safety
- Ensure compliance with HSE protocols at every step of the lifting process

**PROFILE**

As a Strand Jack Supervisor at Sarens Projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing some of Europe’s most challenging heavy lifting jobs. Your expertise ensures operations run safely, on time, and with absolute precision - keeping our global reputation for excellence intact.
- Proven experience with SPMT / strand jack systems and other heavy lifting operations
- Strong leadership and coordination skills in an on-site setting
- Technical insight and hands-on problem-solving capabilities
- Clear and assertive communicator, fluent in English and Italian
- Flexibility to travel and work across various project sites in Europe
- Valid certifications for heavy lifting / rigging / SPMT / strand jack operations
- Willingness to work in 6-2 rotation schedules
- Familiarity with civil construction, energy infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Experience training or mentoring junior crew members
