Your tasks:

- You ensure a positive first impression at the reception in the new company headquarters in Pfalzen
- Coordination of appointments as well as preparation of meetings and conferences
- Support for events and trade fair preparations
- You are our travel arranger: organization and coordination of travel bookings for our employees
- You take over operational tasks such as correspondence, travel management and travel expense accounting for the managing director
- Supporting your colleagues in their daily business
- You have the possibility to determine new tasks according to your interests
