Together with your manager, you will learn to: - Contribute to the development of the Staff Plan, ensuring the right scheduling needs and department coverage; - Prepare and update shift plans to meet business goals and deliver a quality customer experience; - Create and analyze reports to monitor key KPIs related to workforce planning; - Support managers in tracking vacations, leave, and contract extensions; - Collaborate with the Recruitment and Administration teams to ensure effective resource management; - Contribute to organizing and implementing the onboarding process for new co-workers; - Provide daily support to the People & Culture team and managers to achieve shared goals.What we offer: - A monthly internship allowance of €850 gross + free meals in our staff canteen- - IKEA is all about people, and our team make sure to bring the best people on board to keep our strong spirit of togetherness.
