**Profile**
- The Role:
This role will work closely with the O&M Manager in the horizontal tasks of the team. The O&M Integration Manager will work as part of the O&M team, based in Milan, whose responsibility is to provide Growth support evaluating new opportunities in the perspectives of O&M, supporting the E&C team in new sites and revamping and in the improvement management by identifying improvements to PV system design, operations, and maintenance approach.
The O&M Integration Manager will ensure implementation of CCI PPC, new monitoring strategy and inverters replacement plan. This role will be responsible for the O&M coordination of RFP next steps management (termination of existing contracts management, onboarding of new sites), management of O&M contractual obligations and contractors, spare part management, standardization in best practices and processes and alignment with the Asset Management team.
Desired Skills:

- Experience in the Italian photovoltaic/renewables and electricity market, with proficiency in operation and maintenance knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of modern PC software and communication tools e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point
- Highly analytical, organised mindset with problem solving skills and good communication skills
- HSE management skills for O&M related activities
- Good knowledge of business English (spoken and written)
