About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting 5 Avionic Technicians (including 1 Italian-speaking technician) to support retrofit line activities on aircraft at Caselle in Turin, Italy. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality aerospace environment within a structured production setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform avionics and electrical installation work on retrofit lines
- Electrical loom installation
- Installing connectors
- Crimping
- Pin-to-pin testing
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
- Carry out fault diagnosis and rectification
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
- Maintain safe and clean working practices Essential:
- Minimum 6 years of avionics/electrical maintenance experience in an aerospace environment
- Experience working on any aircraft type
- English or Italian language skills
- Right to work in the EU
- Strong knowledge of electrical loom installation, connectors, crimping, and pin-to-pin testing Desirable:
- Experience in retrofit or modification programmes
- High attention to detail
