What you’ll do:
You will join the Social Gaming team, reporting to the Marketing Lead Specialist within the Online Business Unit.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic decisions regarding advertising campaigns and performance marketing initiatives, focusing on supporting coordination activities, performance analysis, and reporting.- You will join the team across various activities, such as coordinating and supporting advertising communication activities across different channels, including Meta, Google, Affiliate marketing, and InApp Ads, with a focus on customer acquisition and engagement. Your role will also involve supporting the selection of partners to activate, managing all stages from scouting and contracting to maintaining relationships. Additionally, you will assist with and monitor monthly budget management through regular checks and internal tools. Lastly, you will analyze KPIs and campaign performance data to optimize results and provide forecasts aligned with business objectives.- You will have the opportunity to be involved with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of advertising and performance marketing activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals.

Who you are:
- You have a background in Economics, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.- You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, essential for data analysis and reporting.- You have basic knowledge of digital ads and are familiar with principles and tools for digital advertising.- You are proactive, a team player, and have a strong interest in marketing, advertising, and consumer behavior.- You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
