**Who are we?**
MHS provides material handling solutions worldwide for customers in the parcel and courier industry, logistics services and storage and distribution. MHS designs, builds, supplies and maintains innovative automated transport and sorting solutions.

There is a huge demand for our products and services. MHS has the ambition to double its turnover in the coming years. Recruitment plays an important role in achieving this.

The recruitment team is in the build-up phase and has ambitious plans. An ideal opportunity for you to build legacy.

**Your Impact at MHS**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll proactively manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple business functions and locations (Houten, Den Bosch, Parma, Warsaw, China and the UK). You’ll help build a scalable recruitment environment while working closely with our HR and business partners in developing innovative, creative and effective talent acquisition strategies. Your home location will be **Parma (Italy) **.

Reporting to the Sr Manager Talent Acquisition, your energetic and action-oriented style will be key as you help drive change in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to our innovative, highly rewarding environment while taking part in the evolution and growth of our business.

**Your profile?**:

- A bachelor, Universitairy or Master degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a corporate recruiter at a technical medium-sized to large organization. Ideally, you also have several years of experience as an agency recruiter.
- Excellent Italian & English speaking and writing.
- Workday ATS knowledge would be great
- You are energetic, self starting and have a healthy portion of humor
- You know how to achieve your goals in a creative way, and you deliver what you promise.
