**HR Director**

Sede di lavoro: Firenze**Il Ruolo**:
L’HR Director dovrà diventare il punto di riferimento per l’intera struttura aziendale.
Principali responsabilità:

- Sviluppa e realizza iniziative in materia di risorse umane in linea con gli obiettivi organizzativi
- Assicura la corretta composizione degli staff stabilendo programmi di reclutamento ove necessari
- Costruisce una moderna struttura organizzativa in collaborazione con il CEO
- Incoraggia lo sviluppo continuo delle risorse umane attraverso specifici percorsi
- Contribuisce agli obiettivi di lungo termine relativi allo sviluppo delle persone, compresa la pianificazione dei piani di carriera e l'acquisizione di talenti
- Garantisce la pianificazione, il monitoraggio e la valutazione delle performance dei dipendenti pianificando momenti di condivisione e confronto
- Implementa piani di formazione per l’intera struttura ove richiesti
- Raccoglie costantemente l'analisi i feedback dei dipendenti con l'obiettivo di creare un buon ambiente di lavoro
- Partecipa alla redazione del budget annuale dell’area risorse umane
- Implementa una politica di Welfare interno
- Gestisce gli aspetti sindacali relazionandosi con le sigle presenti
- Collabora con gli studi legali esterni in materia giuslavorista gestendo eventuali contenzioni
- Coordina l’amministrazione del personale ed i costi dello stesso

**I Requisiti**:

- Laurea
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel settore delle risorse umane maturata in realtà strutturate
- Provenienza necessaria da un contesto Industriale multiplant/multisede
- Conoscenza delle normative del lavoro
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative ed organizzative
- Forte passione per il proprio lavoro
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibile ad effettuare saltuarie trasferte
