Esperto di prodotto TOYOTA che accompagna il cliente durante tutto il percorso di acquisto dall’accoglienza fino alla consegna del veicolo, individuando le soluzioni di mobilità più adatte alle esigenze dell’acquirente.
È la prima figura di contatto per i clienti all’interno delle nostre Concessionarie Ferri Auto.
**PRINCIPALI MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITA’ CUSTOMER ADVISOR**
- **Accoglienza**:accogliere i Clienti, guidandoli nell’esplorazione della gamma dei prodotti TOYOTA presenti in Showroom.
- **Esplorazione dei bisogni**: mettere in condizione i Clienti di esprimere liberamente i propri desideri per identificarne i bisogni di mobilità
- **Test drive**:
- **Configurazione prodotto**:dare vita**,**attraverso gli strumenti messi a disposizione, al veicolo richiesto ed identificato dal Cliente
- **Consegna**:gestire il processo di consegna del veicolo, fornendo tutte le caratteristiche tecniche, garantendo così la massima soddisfazione del Cliente.
