**Customer Service Specialist**

Responsabilità:

- Acquisire e processare ordini e richieste del cliente. Guidare il cliente all’acquisto.
- Risoluzione dei problemi, reclami e richieste di informazioni
- Costruire con il cliente una relazione di fiducia attraverso una comunicazione aperta e interattiva fornendo informazioni accurate e complete
- Gestire i reclami dei clienti, fornire soluzioni valide e possibili alternative
- Interagire con la logística, dogana, corrieri per monitorare lo stato di avanzamento degli ordini
- Gestire le informazioni relative agli ordini ed al catalogo all'interno dell’apposito gestionale con piattaforma Magento
- Organizzare le mansioni assegnate gestendole con precisione e tempestività in armonia con gli altri membri del team di lavoro

Requisiti:

- Ha ottime doti comunicative scritte e orali, dialettica e fluidità del linguaggio
- Ottime capacità di gestire una telefonata e ascolto attivo
- Ottima conoscenza ed utilizzo del PC, soprattutto browser e posta elettronica e pacchetto Office
- È dotato di predisposizione alla vendita
- Ha una conoscenza técnica e/o passione per le moto/scooter
- Possiede un buon orientamento al cliente
- È proattivo e dinamico
- Completano il profilo buone capacità organizzative, determinazione, ottime doti relazionali, spiccata attitudine al _problem solving_ e al lavoro in team
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni, preferibilmente in e-commerce Customer Service

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: a partire da €1.200,00 al mese

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Esperienza:

- Servizio clienti: 2 anni (Obbligatorio)
- settore moto: 3 anni (Obbligatorio)
